
Jason Bliss has spent more than 25 years in the alcohol business, from running a liquor store to working for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, the largest distributor in the country. He pulled back the curtain on how alcohol actually gets from producers to stores, bars, and restaurants, and explain why the rules are more complicated than most people realize. Jason broke down different types of liquor and wine, shared what people are drinking now. He also shared a few special selections for sampling.
